NEW SONG SATURDAY: HOLY HOLY LORD

Posted 4 years ago by Open Skies Praise

“Oh come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!”

Psalm 95:1 - 2

Today’s new song is called “Holy Holy Lord”. It is a simple, upbeat call to worship. It was written with a church service in mind - to begin a time of worship by welcoming the congregation and drawing them into praising God together.

Congregational worship is something that we are instructed to do (1 Corinthians 14:26), and although it's not always easy to gather together, it gives us the opportunity to stay connected to the body and to encourage each other in the faith (Hebrews 10:24 - 25).

From the very beginning, the goal of Open Skies Praise has been to praise the Lord and help equip others to praise Him too, and we hope that songs like this encourage and enable you to do just that.

Enjoy the song!
